• SHIPPING

    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. We operate monday to friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays.

    An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. 

    SHIPPING COSTS

    Jade Cropper’s team will cover the cost of the delivery. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs and/or taxes that may be incurred when the package reaches the destination country.

    Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and public holidays.

    The following terms and conditions (henceforth: “The terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Jade Cropper AB (reg.no 559363-4768) (henceforth: “Jade Cropper”, may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Jade Cropper´s website jadecropper.com, and orders made by e-mail with Jade Cropper´s team (henceforth together: the Website”). Please note that Jade Cropper does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. Jade Cropper reserves the right to stop selling a product.

    ORDERS

    An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. 

  • RETURNS

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at order@jadecropper.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if you request an exchange, we will cover the cost of delivering the new product. 

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All items returned must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as when received. The items must have all tags, including original packaging materials. Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed.

    You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment we therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged. if returned item is shipped internationally mark the package as "returned goods" to avoid any customs charges, we are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs

    DAMAGES & ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can asses the issue and correct it.

    REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
