These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are entered into by and between you and Jade Cropper AB (reg.no 559363-4768) ("Jade Cropper", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website jadecropper.com (the "Website"), or by placing an order through the Website, you agree to comply and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website.

1. General Conditions

1.1. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Jade Cropper ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 



1.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will take effect immediately upon posting. 3.2. Colors of the products as displayed on the Website may vary from the actual colors due to the resolution of your device's screen. We do our best to display colors accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display the colors. 



3.3. All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for further clarification.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. By placing an order on our Website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms the product has been dispatched.


4.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description,  price of the product, errors in your order or suspected fraudulent activity.



4.3. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price that is current at the time you place your order. 



4.4. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment through various methods as specified on the Website, including major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods.


4.5. If your payment method fails or is declined, we will not hold the products or continue with the transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds available.

4.6 All prices listed on the Website are in the currency stated and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs that are covered by Jade Cropper do not include import costs and/or taxes that may be incurred when the package reaches the destination country.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We aim to process and ship all orders within the time frame specified on the Website. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to reasons beyond our control, such as delays caused by the carrier, customs, holidays or other external factors



5.2. We currently cover the shipping cost. If there are instances where shipping costs are not covered by us, these costs will be added to your order total and are non-refundable. In such cases, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. 



5.3. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery.



5.4. We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred as a result of international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 



5.5. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, provided that payment has been received and stock is available. We operate Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Return Policy.



6.2 Return Policy; To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these criteria.



6.3. We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return by emailing us at order@jadecropper.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of exchanges, where we cover the cost of delivering the new product. 


6.4. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can assess and correct the issue.



6.5. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.



6.6. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



6.7. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jade Cropper or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. 11.2. If mediation or arbitration is not successful in resolving the dispute, either party may seek to resolve the dispute through litigation in the courts of Sweden.

12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so that it is valid, legal, and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
