Shipping
Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order, provided that payment has been received, clearance is complete, and stock is available. We operate Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
Pre-orders are excluded from standard processing times. Estimated shipping or delivery windows for pre-order products are stated on the product page.
An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, we will send a second email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package.
We currently offer free worldwide shipping.
Shipping times
Sweden: 1–3 business days
Europe: DHL Express, 3–5 business days
United Kingdom: DHL Express, 3–5 business days
Rest of the world: DHL Express, 3–5 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and begin from the date of dispatch. Delivery times do not include possible delays caused by payment authorization, customs processing, or stock availability.
Free shipping does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The following terms and conditions are valid between you and Jade Cropper AB, reg. no. 559363-4768, referred to as “Jade Cropper”, “us”, or “we”, and apply to all use of and orders placed on jadecropper.com, and orders made by email with the Jade Cropper team. Jade Cropper does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or available for purchase. Jade Cropper reserves the right to stop selling a product.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Contact us at order@jadecropper.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed.
A €10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover part of the return shipping cost.
You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark the package as “returned goods” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for charges imposed on packages returned by customs.
Orders
When ordering outside the EU, prices exclude VAT, taxes, duties, and local customs fees. These charges may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, minus the €10 return shipping fee where applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
