Editions & Access
Every Jade Cropper piece belongs to an edition. The edition defines how the piece is produced and released. Access defines how the piece can be acquired.
Atelier Edition
Atelier Edition pieces are produced individually in our atelier or through a dedicated made-to-order process.
Each piece may involve specialised construction, materials or finishing. Atelier Editions are produced in strictly limited numbers and may include individually numbered releases.
Access — By Request
Atelier Editions are available by request.
Submitting a request allows availability for the selected piece to be confirmed individually. A request does not constitute a purchase.
If your request can be accommodated, you will be invited to proceed through a private purchase process.
01 — Request Access
Select your size and submit a request for access to the Atelier Edition. No payment is taken at this stage, and submitting a request does not constitute a purchase.
02 — Request Accepted
If your request can be accommodated, you will receive confirmation together with the relevant details required to proceed.
03 — Complete Purchase
Once your request has been accepted, you will receive a private Payment Invitation.
Complete your purchase through the private payment link within the stated payment period.
04 — Order Confirmed
Once your purchase is complete, your Atelier Edition is confirmed.
You will be taken to an Order Confirmation page, where your piece is presented together with your order details. A confirmation will also be sent to you by email.
05 — Delivery
When your piece is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
