Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “JADE CROPPER”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jade Cropper AB. “You” refers to the customer, visitor or user of the website.
By using jadecropper.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Jade Cropper AB.

4. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. For orders outside the European Union, prices may exclude local taxes, customs duties, import fees or other charges applied by the destination country.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment approval, stock availability and fraud checks.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- the product is unavailable
- payment is not approved
- the order information is incorrect or incomplete
- there is an error in price, product description or availability
- we suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been placed, provided payment has been received and stock is available.
We operate Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to payment approval, stock availability, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Risk passes to you when the order has been delivered to you, or to a person designated by you.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated. They are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in the same condition as when received
- returned with all tags attached
- returned with original packaging where applicable
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise stated by us.
You are responsible for any damage caused during return shipping. We recommend using secure packaging and a trackable shipping service.
For international returns, the package should be marked as returned goods where applicable. We are not responsible for customs charges, duties or fees applied to returned packages.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

If a product is available for pre-order, this will be stated on the product page or at checkout, together with the estimated shipping period where available.
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, delivery, customs, supplier or other delays.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we will contact you where possible.
Payment may be taken at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Products may be available in limited quantities.
We reserve the right to limit, cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described or affected by a technical error.

All content on jadecropper.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, layouts, product presentation, code and other material, belongs to Jade Cropper AB or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

The JADE CROPPER name, logos and brand elements may not be used without our prior written permission.
